The real-life situation should be concrete and easily identifiable. It cannot be a broad topic (euthanasia, vegetarianism) but a specific event, experience or contemporary issue. They can be taken from your own experiences, interests or other subjects that you study.
How many years of relevant experience do you have in this position?
Include positions from earlier in your career that are relevant to the role you are applying for. It’s acceptable to include 10 – 15 years of experience on your resume. In many industries, sharing experience that dates back more than 15 years just isn’t very helpful for hiring managers.
