Met Life was very good at keeping up with the time and they knew how to make their employees happy, making them feel like they are important. HOWEVER it is a corporate company who look at numbers not realizing Insurance sales is different than a normal sales job. They treat it as a game and it’s not how insurance should be.
What happens if you change your contract year at MetLife?
